Introduction
By answering the questions in this scan, you will enable yourself to create more visibility on how your Shared Service Center (SSC) is currently performing.
This is done by distinguishing two profiles, namely:
- Direct Maturity profile:
Based on 6 high level questions, your view on the maturity profile of your SSC will be captured.
- Indirect maturity profile:
Based on SSC Maturity Fundamentals, captured in detailed set of questions, the actual maturity profile for different areas (technology, process etc.)
will be measured.
The difference between these two profiles can be interpreted as a discrepancy between your first impression of the maturity of your
SSC (direct maturity), and an average score, based on a set of questions.
The scan consist of seven parts in each of which will be asked for a different kind of information:
- general information
- consolidation of activities
- process execution
- professional staff
- organization
- technology
- service management
Result
Based on the answer to the questions a spiderchart will be construed which will give you insight into the maturity of your
SSC in six different area's, namely consolidation of activities, process execution, professional staff, organization,
technology and service management.
